  Stop then start; a stop refusal propagates (nothing starts).

Options:
  --data-dir PATH  At-rest data directory (holds state.sqlite + content/).
                   [required]
  --host TEXT      Bind address the restarted serve child uses.  [default:
                   127.0.0.1]
  --port INTEGER   Bind port the restarted serve child uses.  [default: 8125]
  --help           Show this message and exit.
